An overseas government client established a Capability Management Board (CMB) as the body through which the Chief Executives would exercise their governance and high level management.

Decision Analysis Services were tasked to review the change programme set up to implement the CMB in order that the risks to its success, and on-going operation were identified, recognised and mitigated, plus ensuring that the information required by the CMB to improve its strategic decision making was consistent, coherent and accurate.
