We applied our skills to the practical solution of a complex problem that require strategic direction.

This involved the development of a decision support framework in order to identify what industrial architecture would ‘best fit’ both parties to a Long Term Partnering Arrangement between government and industry. We were able to deploy subject matter experts and deliver independence of thought, divorced from the vested interests of the parties.
