Modelling & Simulation Analyst

Salary c. £32k, pension contribution, private medical and dental

The opportunity - DAS are committed to enhancing the ability of our clients to make considered, affordable strategic decisions.  With a growing client base, we now have an opportunity for a data analyst to join our team, developing your skills and directly shaping the company’s future.

With a varied client base, your core skills in modelling and simulation techniques, particularly Excel VBA will be the foundation of your ability to solve problems and create solutions.  Your mathematical or scientific degree will enable you to readily handle varying data levels to produce meaningful analysis.  DAS prides itself on novel approaches and actively encourages in-house development of new tools and techniques.  As part of a small team, your interpersonal and communication skills must be excellent.

With a desire to succeed, your enterprising and energetic approach to the role will enable you to build solid working relationships and apply fresh, flexible thinking against challenging client demands, to provide a first class solution to (y)our clients.  This will be proven by 3-5 years experience in your chosen field.

The DAS offices are located in Basingstoke, Hampshire, but we work for clients world-wide.  The successful candidate must therefore be prepared to undertake work at client sites for short periods of time.
