The development of an ‘knowledge hub’ for a UK police force. Our work included design of the organisational operating model, including roles, responsibilities, skill gaps, governance, culture and service delivery structures. The hub has provided coherent and structured business intelligence and analytics across the Force, including intelligence delivery and performance management, and will result in significant savings.
Mathematical modelling and horizon scanning in order to project the supply and demand of individual healthcare workforce groups (doctors, dentists and social workers) for the whole of the health and social care system. The results of the work have been published and have been used to inform national policy. Our work also provides clients with education and knowledge transfer in these techniques to allow them to grow their own capability and tooling.
